If life has felt busy, heavy, or noisy lately, this is your gentle invitation to pause… breathe… and receive.
A sound bath meditation is a deeply relaxing and healing experience where you are “bathed” in soothing sound vibrations. You simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to wash over you.
I use crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other harmonic instruments to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring the body and mind back into balance.
✨ Benefits may include:
• Deep relaxation and stress relief
• Better sleep and mental clarity
• Emotional release and grounding
• A sense of calm, and peace.
No experience is needed. This practice is for you if feel tired, overwhelmed, anxious, or simply in need of some “me time.”
